The Panthers had trouble getting things going in the air as Jakob Garcia completed 7 of 11 passes for 59 yards, while rushing for 10 yards. Tackett finished with 11 yards and Cortez ended with 17 yards. As dominant as the Tigers were in the air, the ground game struggled as Jaden Tackett and Luke Cortez each carried the ball only twice. Chase Campbell had a breakout game hauling in 10 receptions for 150 yards, scoring 3 touchdowns in the process. Stone reached the endzone twice and Landon Hutcheson reached the endzone once. Hutcheson spread the ball around as he connected with Leyton Stone 5 times for 205 yards and Landon Hutcheson 6 times for 70 yards. Quarterback Hudson Hutcheson came into the game continuing his dominance through the air as he completed 24 of 30 passes for 425 yards and 6 touchdowns. On Friday night we saw the battle of the big cats as the Frenship Tigers traveled to take on the Permian Panthers in a district match up.
